We use Pico 4 Enterprise headsets — commercial-grade VR designed specifically for location-based experiences. They’re lightweight, wireless, and offer superior tracking and image quality compared to consumer headsets.
Most experiences are recommended for ages 8 and up. Some games may have higher age recommendations. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
Walk-ins are welcome when available, but reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends and during peak hours. Booking ahead helps guarantee your play time.
