We offer multiple session lengths, including 10-minute, 15-minute, and 30-minute experiences, depending on the game and availability.
Walk-ins are welcome when available, but reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends and during peak hours. Booking ahead helps guarantee your play time.

Yes. All players must sign a VR participation waiver before playing. Waivers can be completed online ahead of time or in-store.

We use Pico 4 Enterprise headsets — commercial-grade VR designed specifically for location-based experiences. They’re lightweight, wireless, and offer superior tracking and image quality compared to consumer headsets.
No special clothing required — just wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Glasses usually fit inside the headset, and our staff can help with adjustments.
Absolutely. All headsets and gear are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Many of our games are designed to minimize motion sickness, especially free-roam experiences where you walk naturally. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, you can stop — your comfort comes first.
Yes — safety is our top priority. Our staff provides a full orientation before each session, monitors gameplay, and ensures players stay within the designated play areas at all times.
Photos are welcome outside the arena! For safety and immersion reasons, filming during gameplay is limited. Ask our staff — we’re happy to help capture fun moments.
