We want The Basement to stay fun, safe, and awesome for everyone. Here are the important things to know:
Guests under 14 years old must have an adult present during their visit.
Memberships may be revoked at any time for unsafe behavior, abuse of equipment, harassment, or repeated rule violations.
Your membership includes access to our unlimited arcade rooms during your visit. After completing your VR session, we ask that guests wrap up their arcade time within a reasonable amount of time so others also have the opportunity to enjoy the space. During busy periods, staff may limit arcade usage to help keep things fair for everyone.
